1. Scope of Service

Our website is exclusively dedicated to facilitating bookings for golf tournaments organized by The Invitational Pty Ltd. We do not provide any other services beyond tournament bookings.​

2. Booking Terms

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days prior to Tournament commencement.

Refunds may be provided as follows:

-- 100% refund if cancellation request is MORE than 30 days prior to tournament commencement

-- 50% refund if cancellation request is LESS than 30 days prior to tournament commencement

Any changes to bookings (including cancellation requests) must be made via email to [email protected]

3. Participant Requirements

By registering for this tournament, participants agree to:

-- Abide by the rules and regulations of the Tournament Organising Committee

-- Provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process

-- Indemnify The Invitational Pty Ltd, its organizers, and affiliated entities against any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injuries, lost items, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed via the payment options provided:

-- via secure online credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)Bank

-- direct transfer to our designated bank account

Failure to provide payment within 48 hours of registration may result in booking cancellation.​

-- Provide accurate, honest and lawful information during transactions
